Directorate of Administration
The Directorate of Administration at TREM International Headquarters plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless management and operation of church facilities and logistics, providing essential support to all other directorates. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and orderliness, the Directorate creates an enabling environment that enhances both worship experiences and ministry activities.
It is comprised of three key units: the Sanitation Unit, which upholds cleanliness and hygiene across all facilities before, during, and after services; the Environmental Unit, responsible for maintaining a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing environment through proper waste management, landscaping, and general upkeep; and the Logistics Unit, which oversees the coordination of equipment, venue setup, and distribution of materials required for services and events.
