YOUR ENEMIES WILL NOT PREVAIL

YOUR ENEMIES WILL NOT PREVAIL

“Haman told Zeresh his wife and all his friends everything that had befallen him. Then said his wise men and Zeresh his wife unto him, If Mordecai be of the seed of the Jews, before whom thou hast begun to fall, thou shalt not prevail against him, but shalt surely fall before him”.  Esther 6:13 (KJV)

Do you remember the story of Esther and how Haman was defeated? According to the Bible, Mordecai kept on sitting at the king’s gate. When Haman his enemy came, he was angry with him because Mordecai continued sitting. He said every person stands for me, but this one doesn’t stand. Everyone is standing and this one has refused to stand. Mordecai, why are you sitting down? Because I know who I am. I know how the end will be. That is a confident expectation, that no matter what the enemy plans, it will end in my favour.

The next day, this Haman who went home to plan Mordecai’s death was told in chapter 6 of the book of Ruth to go and celebrate Mordecai. I declare that your enemies will celebrate you. They shall surely gather but not by God. And as they gather, so shall they scatter. You are too precious for God to leave you in the hands of your enemy. Their plans against you will fail.

How can the chicken they killed in the village in the name of ritual have enough power to destabilize your prophetic destiny? That will be an insult to the finished work of Christ. At times, we give too much credit to the devil. Even if they sacrifice human blood. Jesus sacrificed his perfect blood for you. The sacrifice of Jesus is the supreme sacrifice. And with this sacrifice, God cannot deny you any good thing. “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:32 KJV)

Whatever is a threat to your destiny shall be defeated. Whatever has caused the delay is destroyed. You will testify.
