YOU HAVE A GOOD HERITAGE.

YOU HAVE A GOOD HERITAGE.

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning”. James 1:17 KJV
You have a good heritage. The rights that you have are good. The blessing of the Lord makes you rich and it does not add any sorrow, to it. Your heritage is an inheritance that belongs to you by virtue of your birth. You were born into it. You didn’t labour for it. You didn’t work for it. You were born into it.
There are things that are automatically yours because you are a citizen of your country. You have certain rights by virtue of your citizenship. For instance, if you are arriving into your country and others are filling forms, you don’t fill forms as a citizen. All you need is your passport, but other citizens must fill forms. You don’t need to fill any form because you have a heritage as a citizen.
There are things that automatically belong to you for belonging to a family. It is not because you struggled or laboured for it. It is because you belong to that family. So, the same thing applies in our relationship with God. There are things that are automatically yours because you are a new creation. What you have is so heavy and awesome. The salvation you received is so awesome and glorious. A holy God decided to live inside human beings. Once you give your life to Christ, God comes into you. You become a carrier of God. You become the expression of God. How can you fail!  In Christ, you are a new specie of being that has never existed before. That is how awesome your heritage is in Christ.
May the Lord open your eyes of understanding that you may see. Let every stone of blindness be taken away that you may see what Christ has already completed on your behalf on the cross of Calvary.
