YOU ARE POWERFUL

“Where the word of a king is, there is power; and who may say unto him, what doest thou?”

Ecclesiastes 8:4 KJV

As a believer, you must begin to access what belongs to you. I am not talking about religion; it is more than that. When you got saved, something happened inside you. When you gave your heart to Christ, you didn’t receive the baby Jesus. Rather, you received Jesus who came to this world, confronted the powers of death and hell and then rose triumphant over the powers of darkness. So, you are not ordinary! You must function with this consciousness. Don’t expect things to happen to you the normal way. God has to overrule certain things on your behalf. Prophet Isaiah said: “Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing…” (Isaiah 43:18-19 KJV).

The way God will do it is not going to be conventional. God will fight for you when you cannot fight for yourself. Don’t expect things to happen around you the normal way. When the Bible says if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation, it means a new species of being that has never existed before. You are different! There is something about you that a natural man cannot explain because a natural man does not understand or receive the things of the Spirit because they are foolishness to him. He cannot know them and cannot receive them because they are spiritually discerned. So, you must begin to access your rights and privileges. Jesus said, “my words are spirit and they are life.” The Word of God is Spirit and life.

Keep speaking God’s word and keep believing what you say because pretty soon, you will see your heart’s desires come to pass. God expects you to be in charge of situations in your life because you are very powerful.
