YOU ARE BLESSED IN BLESSING

“…By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: that in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;” Genesis 22:16-17 (KJV)

There is a dimension of God’s blessing that is called blessed inside blessing. That is huge and heavy.  Our God is not static. He is a God of progression. He is a God that multiplies. The scripture tells us that the path of the just is as a shining light, that shines brighter and brighter unto a perfect day (Proverbs 4:18). Our walk and relationship with God is from glory to glory. Christ in you is the hope of glory. The confident expectation of glory. In the book of John 1:16, the Bible says: “And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.” That means grace upon grace, upon grace, and grace. Not just one portion! It is a continuous flow. And when it begins to flow, it becomes an overflow. That is what it means to be blessed inside blessing.

As a believer, you are blessed inside blessing! When God made man according to the book of Genesis 1:26-28, He opened His mouth and blessed them. The word blessed in this context means that God empowered them to succeed. He empowered them to overcome their challenges. He empowered them to make it in life. He empowered them to be above their circumstances. He empowered them to be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, subdue the earth, and have dominion over all that He created.

Beloved, you have been empowered to succeed. Therefore, nothing can stop you. The blessing of God is always progressive. God does not just bless; He gives overflow. When the blessing of God comes to you, it overtakes you. That is God’s desire for you.
