YOU ARE BLESSED

‘’So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.’’ Galatians 3:9 KJV

This scripture doesn’t say those who do works are blessed or that those who come with their qualifications are blessed. Rather, it says those who are of faith are blessed. So, when you come with your qualifications, that means that you will go without. But when you come with your weakness to God, He will show you His strength. “For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse…” (Galatians 3:10 KJV).

Anytime you are bringing your credentials before God, the scripture says that you are under the curse. Why? “But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them” (Galatians 3:11-12 KJV). But glory to God because: “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith” (Galatians 3:13-14 KJV).

You see, Jesus could have died any other way other than on the cross. However, for us to be redeemed from the curse, He had to die on the cross. According to the law, whosoever hangs on a tree is cursed. So, Jesus hung on the tree to deliver us from the curse. For this reason, it’s wrong for you as a believer to be saying that you are under a curse. It means that you are trivializing the reason He hung on the cross.

Jesus has taken your curse on Himself so that you will be a recipient of the blessing of Abraham. You are blessed going out and coming in. You are blessed in your basket and in your storehouse. The blessing of God comes upon you and overtakes you. Jesus paid the price for you to be blessed!
