YOU ARE A WORLD OVERCOMER
A very big congratulations to every living TREMite worldwide on the just concluded Word Celebration 2018. I believe your lives have been richly blessed and greatly impacted. Thank God for every speaker He used to bring the undiluted and very timely Word of God to us. Thank God for the choir, the ushers, greeters, engineering, power media the planning committee and every single person that was used by God to make this conference a huge success; you will not lose your reward, God will continually remember you for good.
Beloved, even after this conference, never forget that you are a World Overcomer. When challenges and difficulties stare you in the face, don’t back down, don’t retreat, square up your shoulders and serve that situation a quit notice, because you are a World Overcomer and you will Overcome!
“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.”
2 Corinthians 2:14(KJV)
Triumph is the heritage of every believer. Our text clearly states that God always causes us to triumph in Christ, irrespective of the circumstances and difficulties. Your victory is never dependent on the weightiness of your situation. That is why a portion of our mission statement states “Here (TREM) we do not look at the bigness of your problem, but at the bigness of our God” because we know that our God is mightier than whatever problem we would ever face in life. Having this understanding will put the devil on a run, because he will be at a loss as to what to do with you. Child of God, know that for you, victory is your portion, triumph is your portion, you will not see shame, defeat is not your portion. Get ready to testify.
1 John 5:4 (KJV) tells us “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” Have you declared Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? Are you a believer? You are a World Overcomer. 1 John 4:4 (KJV) says, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” You have the Greater One living on the inside of you, how can you lose? This is the mentality you must put on as a believer. Philippians 2:5 (KJV) says “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:” The overcomer’s mentality was what Christ had, that’s why no matter the challenge, He knew defeat, failure, and disappointment were never an option, He didn’t even consider it. Beloved the Greater One, greater than whatever the difficulty is, lives on your inside; meditate on that. The problem with a lot of us is that we do not understand who we are, and so walk about as mere mortals. No! You are not ordinary, you are not a mere mortal, you are a Spirit being. The moment Jesus came into your life, and His spirit came to live inside you, a transformation took place. Therefore in order to walk in the reality of your new nature, you must believe and accept all that Jesus did for you. This is why programs such as the concluded Word Celebration are put together, to teach you about your inheritance in Christ Jesus.
Beloved, you are victorious; you are more than a conqueror, a winner all the time, you are a world overcomer, therefore claim your victory. Declare to yourself who you are in Christ. One of the things you must learn to do is to learn how to speak like God. In Genesis 1, the earth was without form, and it was void, darkness covered everywhere, but God didn’t go about talking about the darkness, rather He declared His victory. He said, “Let there be light”, and light appeared. (Genesis 1:1-3) This is how we should speak when we are faced with difficulties and challenge. Don’t go about declaring defeat and shame, no. Declare your victory, speak like God, and speak like a world overcomer, because that is who you are.
I declare unto you that the situation will bow before you. You will not see shame. Victory is your portion. Your answer is here. It is your turn to testify. You will enjoy the goodness of God. I bless you today; this week will answer to you in Jesus’ name, Amen.
I want to encourage you to get the CDs, DVDs, MP3s of this conference because you didn’t hear it all the first time. Get these materials and listen to them over and over again because faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God. God bless you.
Maranatha!
