WHOSE ARE YOU?

“For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve.” Acts 27:23. (KJV)

During the stormy experience which came as a result of the disregard of godly advice given by Apostle Paul, God sent His Angel in the midst of that hopeless situation to encourage Paul about their safety.

Beloved, God is by you!  God is with you and God is for you.  If God is for you, nothing can be against you.  Apostle Paul said: there stood by me this night the Angel of God whose I am and whom I serve. Whose are you? Who do you belong to? I am not talking about your denomination or the church you attend or how regular you are in church. I am asking a vital question: Whose are you?

Whatever may be your response to the question, God knows those who are His. He knows those that belong to Him. He knows those who serve and worship Him. When you truly belong to Him, you will serve and worship Him in truth and in Spirit. You will love what He loves. You will get involved in what He is involved in. You will serve Him with praises. You will serve Him with adoration. You will serve Him with your resources. You will serve Him with your gift and talent and you will serve Him with everything.

In the book of 1 Corinthians 15:10, Apostle Paul declares: “But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain, but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.”

God’s grace is always available and sufficient to those who are His. There is no mistake of identity in God. If you are truly His, He knows and you know. And because you belong to Him, nothing will cut short your life. You will fulfill your years. Your part is to rest in the Lord.

When you rest, He will take over your situation.
