WE NEED WISDOM

Dearly Beloved, I bring you greetings in the name that is above every other name Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, and our soon coming King. We give God praise for His goodness and mercies, despite all the challenges and all that the enemy has thrown our way, we are still standing because our God is faithful.

 

Beloved, it is no news that we are living in very precarious times, there are challenges everywhere you turn, and this is why you need the wisdom of God. From the moment you wake up till the moment you fall asleep, you need the wisdom of God. I’m sure you are wondering what I mean, but Child of God, you cannot even leave your house without seeking the wisdom of God, because the roads are not even safe, the only place of safety is in Jesus Christ. The awesome thing is that God has promised to give us this wisdom when we ask.

 

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” – James 1:5 (NIV)

 

If we must walk in the reality of Exceeding Abundantly, then we need the wisdom of God. On a daily basis, take out time to ask God for wisdom concerning every area of your life. Don’t just rush out the door daily and say it doesn’t matter, or sign that business deal without asking for the wisdom of God. If we learned anything from 2020, it is that man does not have the answer, the best of man is still man, it is only God that knows the end from the beginning, therefore it is vitally important that we seek wisdom from Jehovah.

 

Proverbs 4:7 tells us that “Wisdom is the principal thing” and so we must pursue it with every fiber of our being. Wisdom will make you sought after, wisdom will cause you to stand before kings and not mean men, wisdom will open doors for you, wisdom will make you the preferred; make up your mind to go after wisdom. It was the wisdom of God that enabled Joseph to interpret Pharaoh’s dream in Genesis 41, and that led to his promotion to the position of prime minister. It was the wisdom of God that also enabled Daniel to interpret the king’s dream in Daniel 2:24-49.

 

Child of God, pay the price, spend time in the presence of God and go after wisdom. I’ve said this severally, but it bears repetition, these are not the days to stay away from the church, prayers, and all of the activities, these things have been put together for your benefit, and technology has also made it easier for you to connect. You will only be doing yourself a disservice if you choose to stay away; you need wisdom.

 

It is my prayer for you that this year, you will be distinguished, your testimony will announce you. I bless you today in Jesus’ name, Amen.
