THERE IS A LIFTING FOR YOU

THERE IS A LIFTING FOR YOU

“When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up, and he shall save the
humble person.” Job 22:29 (KJV)

The world we live in today is headed for corruption. That is why we are confronted almost
daily with crime, rebellion, anarchy, disobedience and disloyalty. It looks as if the devil is
daring our God and asking where our God is. But the good news is that our God is not in
trouble. He is in perfect control. He is high and lifted, higher than your challenges and
anything the devil has to offer. So, despite the onslaughts of the adversary, there is a lifting
for God’s people.

You also will notice from the above scripture that God has already given the believer the
prescription to the storms that would shake the world. When men are cast down, the believer
should say there is a lifting up for him. In other words, affirm God’s word over your life
despite what you see around you. Yes, things may further degenerate to the extent that there
will be casting down. But as for you, the believer, you already have the answer. You have
what it takes to live above the storms. You already have an advantage. There is already a
lifting for you because of what Christ did on your behalf at Calvary.

Let me remind you once again that as a believer, you are already lifted. You are already
standing on blessed ground. It might be rough outside, but you are secure in Christ. You have
limitless possibilities in this divine life. You are standing in an elevated position in Christ.
You are too blessed to be cast down. You are too blessed to fail. If you truly understand that
all spiritual blessings and the unsearchable riches of Christ belong to you, then you will not
cringe in fear. You will walk with your shoulders raised high knowing that come rain or shine
you are a winner any day.
