THERE ARE THINGS THAT CAN NOT BE DONE FOR YOU

THERE ARE THINGS THAT CAN NOT BE DONE FOR YOU

“But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.” Matthew 25:9 (KJV)

Don’t give out what you need for your survival. You must tell yourself one home truth. You are not El-Shaddai. There is a limit to which you can help somebody.  There are things you cannot do for any person. Tell them to go and get their own for themselves. For instance, I cannot be saved for you. You must receive Christ for yourself. You cannot be a Christian simply because your father is a Bishop or because your father is an Apostle. No! You must receive Jesus for yourself!

In the same vein, no one can be committed for you, you have to be committed for yourself.  You must be prepared to fast and pray for yourself. I cannot give my tithe and offering for you, you must do it for yourself. You have to give and be generous for yourself.

There are things you must do for yourself. Notice that only the prepared and wise virgins entered. This is your time to prepare before the opportunity comes. Prepare now! Don’t be foolish. The time is too short to be foolish. The Lord is about to turn the corner. You are almost hitting the twelfth hour. You are almost getting there!

When the foolish virgins returned, they knocked on the door that was already shut. “Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.” (Matthew 25:11-12 KJV).

He said to them I can’t recognize you because you are never around. I can’t recognize your voice. Yes, you are a child of God but the Father does not recognize your voice. If you’ve been fellowshipping with Him regularly, He will be able to recognize your voice.

I pray for you that the fervency, intensity, enthusiasm, commitment, and sacrifice will return. I pray that you will be involved in the Lord’s vineyard.
