STOP DOUBTING GOD
“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? “Numbers 23:19 KJV
Whenever you enter an aircraft, the air hostess welcomes you on board and gives you brief information about the flight. Thereafter, the pilot comes to introduce himself; he informs you about the weather and the cruising altitude. He assures you that even if the weather changes, everything will be under control and you will arrive at your destination on time.
Afterwards, everyone becomes relaxed. No fear! Why? The captain gave them assurance. Some will start reading, some will choose to listen to music and some will choose to watch movies for long trips. None of the passengers checked the aircraft before boarding but everyone is relaxed. Here are human beings telling you to relax and you do. But when God says you are blessed, whether it looks like it or not, you doubt Him.
Beloved, why do you doubt God? Why do you expect the wrong things when God is saying to you today that everything will be alright? Believe it and receive it. Things can never end for you on a negative note, no matter the encounter. Why? Because you are in Christ! Christ did not end up in the grave. He went there and came out triumphant over death, grave and hell. The psalmist says, “though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.” So why are you afraid? Never allow fear to stop you from attempting big things.
When you wake up in the morning, expect good things to happen to you and everything concerning you. No matter what happened in the past, as long as you are still breathing, expect good things. Expectation is the mother of miracles. When you expect good things, you release the forces of heaven on your behalf. I declare that the good things of life are gravitating towards you. Don’t fret. Relax, you are in Christ.
