STAY CONNECTED TO THE KINGDOM

STAY CONNECTED TO THE KINGDOM

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you”. Matthew 6:33 KJV.

It was God’s idea to bring the children of Israel out of Egypt. And throughout the forty years of wandering in the wilderness, Jehovah took care of them. They never went farming! When they needed meat, He gave them meat. When they needed bread, He gave them bread for forty years in the wilderness. There was no cloth manufacturing company, but all their dresses were taken care of. Their shoes were never worn out.

That same God is alive today! I am talking about the Alpha and the Omega. The Beginning and the End! The God that upholds all things by the word of His power. The defender of the defenseless. The deliverer of the weak from he who is stronger than him. The God that takes Glory where there is an impossibility. When He speaks, it is the final Authority! That is the God we serve! He has not fallen out of His throne.

With all the above in mind, I implore you throughout this year and beyond to stay connected to the Kingdom. Do you know that your salvation is God’s idea? If He took the initiative to save you, what else will He not do for you? If He took care of Israel when He brought them out of Egypt, He will also take care of you.

So, rest in His finished work. It is not about your location; it is about the ability of God to keep you. God permitted you to be born because you have a space on this earth. And you will occupy your space. So stop fretting and start believing. Stay focus on Him and His word. Follow Him wholly and you will see the things that hitherto appeared impossible become possible for you. All that you have been running after are additions and they are bound to follow you as you seek Him. This year, be committed to following Him every step of the way.
