SPEAK DIVINE WISDOM
“Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect; yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that cometh to naught:” 1 Corinthians 2:6 (KJV)
Beloved, the best of men are still men; they have their limitations. When you depend on man’s wisdom, you will go nowhere. At best, it will only limit you. The Psalmist said: “I have seen an end of all perfection:…” Psalm 119:96 (KJV).
God has given to the believer the kind of wisdom that distinguishes us from the world. This wisdom sets us apart among equals. In other words, when a believer opens his mouth to speak in line with the Word of God, he is speaking divine wisdom. And it overrules all earthly wisdom. The earthly wisdom is already dethroned. We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery. In other words, this wisdom is hidden. God hides it from the enemy but opens it up for us.
Every year is peculiar. Every year has its own divine opportunities. So don’t take this year as just another year. Yes, we are in the year’s second half, but God still has incredible things in store for you. Seek the face of God and ask God for the wisdom to make the right decision at the right time so that you can get the right results. As you go about your assignment, I encourage you to take time to pray for the wisdom of God. The wisdom to navigate the issues of life and issues at your workplace.
Solomon went to God with an offering beyond words, and God gave him a blank cheque to ask for anything. But Solomon knew better, so he asked God for wisdom. Child of God, you must understand that you are not called for shame but for His Glory. The wisdom of God was ordained for your glory and not your shame. Anything that the enemy brings against you to molest you and cause you shame shall fail. Whatever is designed to bring shame and disappointment to your life will not stand. Today, I pray for a release of divine wisdom over your life.
