REST IN HIS WORD

“That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us.”

Hebrews 6:18 KJV

Beloved, every promise of God is validated in the blood of Jesus Christ. You can depend on it. God cannot lie. It is not that He will not; He cannot. If He has spoken it, He will bring it to pass. God will stand out to fight your battles because He is not a man that He should lie nor is He the son of man that He should repent. You have an anchor to your soul. He cannot fail and His word cannot fail.

All things are ready. All you need to do is to take your portion. The price is paid and the devil has no right to plant anything in your life because he is already a defeated foe.  Don’t you know what the Bible says? He was wounded for your transgressions, bruised for your iniquities, the chastisement of your peace was upon Him and by His stripes you were healed.  Child of God, that you noticed some symptoms in your body does not mean you are sick. The devil is presenting the symptoms because you are already healed. Those who have entered into their rest ignored the symptoms and just decide to stand on what the Father has said.

Relax and go to bed because God will do what He said. Who told you that your expectations shall be cut off?  Who lied to you that because your father did not go beyond a certain level in life, that will also be your lot? I declare to you that whatever stopped your father will not stop you!

Remember that Ruth got only one bag of corn when she toiled but when she rested at the feet of Boaz, she got six bags of corn.  Rest and you will collect your portion.  If Ruth who was a Moabitess and without covenant collected, how much more you that had received the covenant of promise?
