RELY TOTALLY ON GOD

RELY TOTALLY ON GOD

“I know that whatever God does, it shall be forever; nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it, and God does it so that they fear before Him.” Ecclesiastes 3:14 (KJV)

The book of Ecclesiastes 3:14: says “I know that whatsoever God doeth….” The clincher in that scripture is: “whatsoever God doeth.” In other words, if God is the ‘doer,’ I am not afraid whether it will come to a good conclusion or not. I am not afraid whether the economy is going to hinder it or not. For I know that whatsoever God doeth it shall be forever.

With the above facts in mind, the responsibility of the believer is to find out what God is doing before you jump into it. You are not going to jump into it because it looks nice. I am not going to jump into it because the profit looks huge. You can get all the profit and end up losing all. You can end up getting the profit and then lose your soul.

There are people today who started in the church but have ended up on the street. They have ended up in the world because money took them out. What shall it profit a man if he gains the entire world and loses his soul? You don’t want to lose your soul. You don’t want to jump into something and then lose your marriage. You don’t want to lose your children. No, you don’t want that. You want a total package. Complete victory!  Complete blessing! Nothing broken and nothing missing! You want shalom.

Our scripture for today is so clear: He did not say he guessed, but rather he knows. What you know will put you above the vicissitudes of life. When you know what God is saying, you can rely totally on Him without any fear of failure. You can depend on Him. Decide today to receive instructions from His mouth and follow Him totally with a knowing that He perfects all that concerns you.
