REJECT SATAN’S ALTERNATIVE

REJECT SATAN’S ALTERNATIVE

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you”. James 4:7 (KJV)

What the devil is trying to do in these last days is to keep you far from God. He wants to catch your attention by telling you all manner of lies. He is presenting lies to you in different areas. Today, I challenge you to reject the lies of the devil.

One thing you must settle in your heart is that there is no way you can stay connected to Jesus through His Word and prayers, and then end up in shame. That is why if I miss church prayer services, I feel somehow. Apart from all other prayers I am involved in, I want to be there for prayers so that I can give a black eye to the devil because there is a unique power in corporate prayers.

Why should people beg you to listen to the Word of God? Nothing else will give you victory other than the Word. What the Word cannot give to you; number one, you don’t need it. And number two, it does not exist. God spoke the universe into existence by His Words and upholds all things by the Word of His power. If it is not the Word, nothing happens. Anything that will deprive you of hearing God daily and hinder your intensity and enthusiasm for God must not be tolerated. Rather, reject it.

Have you considered the frustration and setbacks you are going through? Why should it be so? Are you saying that the price has not been paid? The last time I checked, He said by His stripes, you were healed. He took your infirmities and bore your sicknesses. When the enemy comes like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord lifts a standard against it. There is a power at work in you that makes the rulers of darkness tremble. So stand firm on the Word of God and refuse to take ‘no’ for an answer.

Remember, you are God’s powerhouse. You can never fail! You are a terror to the devil. You are God’s ambassador. And you have been anointed by God to work the works of God.
