PRONOUNCE YOUR VICTORY
‘’And Jesus saith unto him, see thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.’’ Matthew 8:4
As soon as Jesus came down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him. A leper approached Him knowing He could heal him, but was not sure if Jesus would do so. Jesus immediately overruled the law, stretched forth His Hands and touched him. By touching him, Jesus was demonstrating the fact that He was both compassionate and merciful enough to touch sinners. He came both to heal and touch the untouchables. Jesus sent the leper to go show himself to the priest according to an Old Testament requirement because only the Priest could pronounce him clean. Until the Priest pronounced him clean, he was not, even if he was healed.
Hitherto, we were also alienated by sin just like the leper, but now have been accepted in the beloved. Hebrews 10:14 says ‘’For by one offering He hath perfected forever, them that are sanctified.’’ The blood of Jesus has cleansed us from all our sins; past, present and future. Revelation 1:6 tells us that we have been made kings and priests unto God. As New Testament Priests, our assignment is to cleanse ourselves. If the Old Testament Priests could declare a man clean, how much more believers who are now royal priests?
As a Royal Priest, you are authorised to use your mouth to deliver yourself from sickness, disease, failure, tragedy and misfortune. Learn to open your mouth to receive all that God has freely given unto you. Remember that where the word of the king is, there is power. You are a king and you have power.
Go ahead and create your day with your mouth. Declare what you want to see. Pronounce your victory today and see it come to pass.
