PLACE YOUR FAITH IN JESUS

PLACE YOUR FAITH IN JESUS

‘’For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified…That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.’’  1Corinthians 2:2&5 KJV

It is important that you stop living your life by “what am I going to do?’’ You see, when the devil begins to bombard you with all kinds of things, the first thing that comes to your mind is, ‘’what am I going to do?’’ No! Stop functioning that way. What you should think of first is: In the light of what I am facing, what has Christ done already?

Jesus said in John 19:30: “It is finished!” This is powerful! So, it is not about what are you going to do. It is a question of what He has done. Yes, you are faced with pressure in your office, but let your faith be in Christ, not in your abilities. Your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

According to the scriptures, no one can ever be made right with God by doing what the law commands. The law will always show you how wrong and how bad you are. So where lies your hope? Your only hope is Jesus, the only one who can make you right. “But now God has shown us a way to be made right with him without keeping the requirements of the law, as was promised in the writings of Moses and Prophets long ago. We are made right by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are” (Romans 3:21-22 NLT).

Place your faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus is the power and the wisdom of God. Whatever you need is in Him. Grace has made it available. If you need a house or a breakthrough, grace has supplied it. Do you need peace in your life? It has been supplied by grace. Your access to all the provisions of grace is through faith in Jesus Christ.
