NO DEFEAT IN HIM

“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.” Ephesians 1:7 (KJV)

You see, just as death came into the world through one man, resurrection from the dead has been obtained through another man. Just as everyone died because we all belong to Adam, everyone who belongs to Christ will be given a new life. Just as we were all defeated in Adam, so shall we walk in victory in Christ. There is no defeat in Him.

Paul captured it this way in the book of Colossians 2:6-7(KJV).: “As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.”

In other words, it is a lifestyle. It is a habit. It is a relationship. That is where you live in. Walk in Him! In Him, you have redemption. In Him, all your sins have been forgiven. Everything is in Him!

“For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.” (Acts 17:28 KJV)

You are His offspring! You have God’s DNA! You are born of Him! Everything is in Him, not in yourself, and not in your performance. Stay in Him and stop struggling. When the destroyer passed through Egypt, all the Israelites needed to do was to be in the house, and every one of them was delivered. There is no defeat in Christ!
