LIVE SUPERNATURALLY
Welcome to the 5th month of the year, May. We give God praise for His protection, security and preservation over our lives, it is indeed of His mercies that we are not consumed. If we had 10,000 tongues, it will never be enough to express our gratitude to God for who He is; faithful is our God. Today, I want to share on something that is vitally important for every believer, more especially in this day and age. You see anyone who is going to enjoy exceeding abundant grace must learn to live supernaturally. The supernatural must become the natural habitat of the believer; it is no longer a choice or an option, but an absolute necessity.
“But Jesus answered them, My Father worth hitherto, and I work.”
“Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.” – John 5:17, 19 (KJV)
Our text explains to us how Jesus functioned while He was on earth. Everything He did, was what He saw the Father do, therefore we understand how He was able to produce the kind of results He did. Beloved, if you are going to do greater works today, then you must live from the mouth of the Father. The supernatural life is a life lived directly from the lips of Jehovah. It is a life that is based on the Word of God. It is not a life based on circumstances and the environment, but on what God says.
This is not the day to live just based on the news, and “experts”, yes it is good to be informed, but don’t let information trump revelation which comes from the Word of God. The Word of God must be the final authority in your life. 2 Pet.1:4 (KJV) tells us “Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” This scripture makes it very clear that it is only the Word of God that can put you above corruption that is in the world, and also enable you enjoy His divine nature.
Child of God, make up your mind to live your life based on the Word of God. Shun all distractions and get into the Word of God, put your ears on the mouth of God, and live based on His directions, and you will see His grace being made manifest in all areas of your life. I pray for sensitivity for you; this month, your ears and hearts will be open to hear and receive directions from His lips in the name of Jesus. You shall enjoy exceeding abundant grace like never before in the name of Jesus, Amen.
