KNOW YOUR STANDING IN GOD

KNOW YOUR STANDING IN GOD

“I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.” Isaiah 43:11

The word ‘Saviour’ includes being saved from sin, disease, poverty, insecurity, fear, and torment. The Scripture says the name of the Lord is a strong tower the righteous runs into it and they are saved. It shall come to pass that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. This announces that without Jesus there is no saviour.  Acts 4:12 says: “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” There is no other god beside him and there is none that can deliver out of His hand. That makes you safe in God’s hand there is nothing the devil can do.

It is very important that you make up your mind where you stand in God. Your positioning in God is so strategic and very important. The enemy is shooting at random and nations are in trouble. This is not the time to stand on the fence. You must know your standing in God. Your positioning in God must be firm and strategic. Know who you believe and be persuaded that He is able to keep and preserve that which you have committed to Him.

How do we position ourselves in view of these challenges? Jesus said in the book of John: I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. (John 17:15 KJV). Speaking further He declares: And for their sakes I sanctify myself………….  Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (John 17:1&19).

Beloved, you need to position yourself firmly by the knowledge of the errorless word of God. According to the book of 2 Peter: “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue: (2 Peter 1:2, 3 KJV)
