JESUS AND JESUS ALONE

JESUS AND JESUS ALONE

“That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:15 KJV
The knowledge of the Most High and the things of the Kingdom is a knowledge that passes all knowledge. It is the knowledge that the Church should possess. When we understand as we ought to, the Body of Christ will be positioned for exploits. A lot of things concerning this have been preached and emphasized but in these last days, there are aspects and character of God that require very strong emphasis. This will enable us to navigate our way through the challenges of our days and in fact, develop wings to fly.

Without any doubt, we know Jesus is coming very soon. But if the conditions many give as requirements for Heaven are anything to go by, then no one will make the rapture. However, the Bible is very clear about both the requirement and the assurance of salvation. According to John 3:16-18: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth in him is not condemned…”

It is Jesus and Jesus alone that qualifies us for Heaven. Many times we read into scriptures what the scripture didn’t say. Why do we add unto the Word what God did not say? You see, when you believe wrongly, your life will go in the wrong direction. For instance, if you believe a wrong thing about your life and about your health, you would always be afraid that maybe, one of these days you would pack up. Belief, therefore, is key. And you cannot believe unless there is, first of all, a message that you believe. So there are many things about God that have been bandied around over the years and I believe that the Spirit of God is calling the Church to look at them again so that the potentials in us can truly come alive.
