IT IS GIVEN UNTO YOU TO KNOW

IT IS GIVEN UNTO YOU TO KNOW

“And he said unto them, know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables? The Sower soweth the word.’’ Mark 4:13-14 (KJV)

If you do not understand the parable of the Sower which had been described as the mother of all parables you will not understand how the Kingdom of God functions.

The word in this parable is the seed that will produce when deployed, the believer has the fulness of Christ in him John 1:16 but without revelation and understanding that comes through reading the word of God and the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit, he cannot walk in it.

The armour called the ‘’Sword of the Spirit’’ is the only one that can cut, wound, and hurt our enemy. The Bible lying on the bookshelf is not a threat to the devil. It is the word hidden in our hearts, activated by the Holy Spirit, and deployed through our mouth that does damage to Satan’s Kingdom. Jesus said in John 6:63 “The words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are life’’ It is the word you know and speak that will make you free (John 8:32)

One thing you must settle within yourself is the fact that the word can produce. God does not need your help for His word to come to pass. No! The word of God is complete in itself, all you need to do is to align with the word of God. Receive instruction from His mouth and follow Him wholeheartedly and the word will produce.

The word is effective because it is God’s word that carries His authority and supersedes all authority, be it of human reason and intellect or Satan and demonic powers. The word of God supercedes them all. When you understand this, you will be bold to declare what thus says the Lord with a knowing that it will come to pass.

Always open your mouth and deploy God’s word against any challenge. Also, be expectant; expect the word to produce because there is power in the word of God.
