IN CHRIST, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO POWER
“And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ when he raised him from the dead and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 1:19-20 (KJV)
I can stay on the “In Him” realities for the entire year. There is so much to unpack in it. But I want to encourage you to take time to meditate on it until you get it. I am not talking about head knowledge; I am talking about a knowing in your spirit and beginning to walk in it.
The immeasurable great power of God, as the Passion Translation puts it, has been made available to you in Christ. As this power works through you, your life becomes an advertisement. When the world sees you, they will see God. This power was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him to the place of the highest honour and supreme authority in the heavenly realm.
“And he alone is the leader and source of everything needed in the church. God has put everything beneath the authority of Jesus Christ and has given him the highest rank above all others.” Ephesians 1:22 (TPT).
Christ is the source of everything you need because God has put everything beneath His authority and has given Him the highest rank above all others. So, where do you come in? He is the Head, and the Church is His body. And the Church is being filled with His fulness. Christ, who has the highest authority and the highest power, now demonstrates this power and authority through our lives.
So, you are a carrier of power. You are dangerously loaded. Every power is at your disposal. You are not ordinary. Darkness is nothing but the absence of light. When light appears, darkness must flee. You are the light because of Christ in you. Darkness cannot withstand you. Nothing you are suffering from that has not been fully paid for. It was fully paid for so that you can have it. Now, you have become unstoppable because of Him.
