IN CHRIST YOU ARE SPECIAL

IN CHRIST YOU ARE SPECIAL

The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways. And all the people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee.
Deuteronomy 28:9,10 KJV

The Bible declares in the book of 1 Corinthians 12:27: ‘Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. (NKJV) According to the book of Ephesians 5:30: “For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.”(KJV) We are one with Him. He is the head and we are His body. The book of 1 Corinthians 6:19 tells us “that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost”(KJV). And the book of 1 John 4:4 says: “You are of God little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world”(NKJV)

All these scriptures point to the fact that Christ is in you and you are set apart by virtue of His indwelling presence. This means that you are special to God!  Every believer is special! He is not putting up with you! You matter to Him. The book of Zechariah 2:8 says that whoever touches you has touched Him. You are the apple of His eyes. You are His treasure. You carry a ‘Touch not’ anointing upon your life.

“You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy. (1 Peter 2:9, 10 NKJV)
We are His choice. And don’t ever think that He chose you to embarrass you and make you end in shame. Never! He wants all the people of the earth to see that you are called by His name.
