HE IS RISEN

“And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.” Mark 16:6 KJV

I am so glad that the events that led to the glorious Sunday morning were not shrouded in secrecy, otherwise, men would have denied it happened. Even with the fact that His death, burial and resurrection were undeniable, the Pharisees still tried to twist the story and some people today are deceived because of it (Matt. 28:12-15). But thank God you and I have seen the light: HE IS RISEN!

The grave could not stop Him, Hell could not hold Him, even the huge stone could not hinder Him. When the price for your sin and my sin was fully paid, everything had to give way for Him to resurrect; and I prophesy over your life that just as hell could not stop Him, nothing the devil throws at you would stop you in Jesus’ name. Your story will be told for good. Your testimony will be noised abroad. All that you are trusting God for will come to pass. Welcome to your season of possibilities because He is Risen. Hallelujah.

The fact that He is risen is not the end of the story, when He rose from the dead, He spoiled principalities and powers and made a show of them openly, He triumphed over them (Col. 2:15) but that is still not the end of the story, as powerful as that victory is, He turned around and handed over the authority to me and you. To everyone that dares to believe in Him, He said all power in heaven and on earth has been given to Him (Matt. 28:18) and He commands you to go in His name. In other words, nothing can stop you; nothing can defeat you; nothing can embarrass you because He who wields all power is with you. Can you say Amen!

In view of the finished work on the cross, we, therefore, have no other choice but to live victoriously. Nothing should overwhelm or intimidate you. Lift your head high and be assured that victory is yours.
