GOD IS NOT MAD AT YOU

GOD IS NOT MAD AT YOU

“To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” (2 Corinthians 5:19 KJV)

The distinguishing factor between Christianity and other religion is grace. Everyone has the law, thou shalt not, and thou shalt not. But the believer has grace. Grace is what they don’t have. Grace is a mystery. It is what I will call the knockout blow against the devil because even the devil does not understand it. He is confused about it. It was Apostle Paul who said if the Princes of this world have known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. If the devil knew that Christ’s death would mean total deliverance for man, he wouldn’t have attempted it.

I want to let you know today that God is not mad at you. God is not against you. As a result of the fall of man, the devil wants you to think that God is against you. He wants you to think that God is just waiting for you to just make the slightest mistake and you are dead. With that type of position, it is difficult to receive from God, because everyone misses it at one time or the other. According to the laws of Moses, if you offend in one, you have offended in all. And no one has been able to keep all of them. As a matter of fact, the very first day the law was given, it was broken. When Jesus came, He elevated the law to its pristine standard. Why did Jesus take it higher? So that you will take your eyes away from yourself and depend on the grace that He has given you.

You have been positioned to function under grace anywhere you go. It is only grace that will take you away from sin. There is nothing you can do by yourself. That is why grace remains a mystery to the devil. As far as the devil is concerned, you don’t stand a chance, but the grace of God has overruled for you.
