GO FOR THE THOUGHTS OF GOD

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8-9 (KJV)

Yesterday, we saw that ‘impossible’ does not really exist if you believe. Today, I am challenging you to set your mind on the thoughts of God. If you walk according to your sight, you are going contrary to God’s will and design. And you cannot get good results. Therefore, you have a responsibility to elevate your thoughts to God’s. “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he…” Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV).

What are you thinking about your condition? What are you thinking about your spiritual life? What are you thinking about your health? What are you thinking about your marriage? What are you thinking about your finances, your career, and your profession? The way you think is the way you are. How you think will ultimately determine your outcome. Input will become your output! What you put in is going to be your output. So, if you are not producing the right thing, check your thought patterns.

What are you thinking? Are you allowing the situation in your environment to govern you? Your business is not to focus on your environment. Your business is to focus on the Word of God. When you place your focus on the Word, your thoughts are elevated.

Beloved, you must get the right kind of thought so that it will accompany your prayers. If you have a wrong thought pattern, your prayer will be wrong. You must be positive in your prayers. You must see your desire. You must see beyond the natural. You must see your expectations so that you can pray for them. When you function in the Word, you are functioning on a higher platform. There is nothing the enemy brings against you that can defeat you. So go for the thoughts of God! His thoughts are higher! Choose to dwell in His thoughts!
