GET INTO THE WORD
Dearly Beloved, I bring you greetings in the name that is above every other name, Jesus Christ the Son of the living God, and our soon coming King. Welcome to the ninth month of the year 2019, the month of September. I want to encourage you to open up your spirit this month, because I believe that God will drop some specific things into your spirit this month, He will answer the questions of your heart. This month you will receive divine insight and revelation like never before, the Lord will open your eyes to see wondrous things in the name of Jesus (Psalms 119:18).
Today, I just want to encourage you to get into the Word of God like never before. If you are going to be a recipient of divine insight and revelation, it comes from the Word of God; therefore you must make it a habit to get into the scriptures. Find out what the Word has to say about your children, about your husband/wife, business, career, and every area of your life. The Word of God has the answer and it works.
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.” Mark 13:31 (NKJV)
In our text, Jesus makes a very bold and emphatic statement that the Word of God will never ever pass away. Even if the whole world passes away, the Word of God will forever stand (Isaiah 40:8). This statement by Jesus is the Truth, because this same Word has been passed down from generations to generations across the entire globe, and it is still standing sure. Beloved, what other foundation do you want to build on other than the everlasting Word of God? Where else do you want to turn to for answers, other than the errorless Word of God?
One thing you must realize is that the devil is still in the business of gradually removing the believer’s fervency to study the Word and making believers prioritize everything else. However, you must not allow the plans of the enemy succeed. Be like the Berean Christians who go back home after the service to study and check out the things they’ve have been taught. Learn to discover the word for yourself. There is a Word for every situation, and that Word is more potent than anything else.
It is the Word of God that makes us wise and gives us understanding (Psalms 119:98-99). It is the Word of God that gives us insight and direction (Psalms 119:105). It is the Word of God that gives us stability in the face of adversity (Matthew 7:24-28). Child of God the Word of God is what you need to live victoriously today, so get into the Word.
As I close let me remind you that the only thing you are permitted to be gluttonous about is the word of God. Read the word, meditate on it, speak it to yourself and it will manifest. I bless you today in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Maranatha!
In His Royal Service
