FOCUS ON CHRIST

“Looking unto Jesus the author and the finisher of your faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne” Hebrew 12:2 KJV

God wants you to consistently serve Him because HE has already made all things for you. Yours should be a confident expectation that the word of God will produce in your life no matter what. When you focus on God, your life will reflect the glory God ordained for you. Remember that when God speaks to you, He is not saying what He would do. God is telling you what He has already done in eternity. Your part is to receive the word and stay true and stable, focusing on the word of God until it comes true in your life.

Today, I encourage you to focus on God in every season- in winter, autumn, spring, and summer. God is determined to bring to pass His good promises concerning your life. The Scripture says: “They looked up unto Him, and they were lightened, and their faces were not ashamed”. (Psalm 34:5 KJV). In other words, they were consistent. Their minds and souls were fixed on the Lord their God. So, God lightened their lives and filled them with His glory.

God wants you to stay focused and be consistent in your faith, service, confession of the word of God, promotion of the work of ministry, giving to help others, and being a blessing in your church and your community. Consistency is what produces discipline in your life. Remember, God has not given you the spirit of fear but that of love, power, and a sound mind. So, stay in the word of God daily. Believe entirely and totally! The word of God cannot fail you.

Stay focused on His good promises. Let the word of God be always before your eyes. That is how to prosper in everything you do.
