FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT
“Fight the good fight of faith; lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses”.
1 Timothy 6:12 KJV
One thing I have observed about most believers is that they don’t know who they are carrying. How dare you think that God will just sit back and let the devil run over your life? The reason that may happen is because you are saying nothing. You are too quiet for comfort.
Child of God, we are in the age of sight and sound. Until you begin to make sound, you may be stuck at one point. The Psalmist says, ‘Open your mouth wide and I will fill it.’ What does it mean? Declare it boldly, because He has said, ‘so that we can boldly say…’ {Hebrews 13:6}. We declare, not in fear, but boldly.
If you don’t learn to fight for yourself, no one will fight for you. We are living in a world where dog eats dog. The big dogs eat the small ones. The world system is not fair and if you are expecting the world system to be fair to you, then you had better wake up and smell the coffee. You have to create your world by yourself and put the devil out of your fence. Sometime ago, North Korea went and tested their energy power in spite of all opposition. America and every other world power opposed them, yet they still went ahead with the plan. That is the world we live in. You had better make up your mind and use what God has given to you.
The Bible says ‘our weapons of warfare are not canal but mighty through God.’ It is the weapon that God Himself has fashioned to pull down strongholds, cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God; to bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. (2Corinthians 10:3-6) Since Christ has given you the victory, you had better rise up and fight for your right.
