CHRIST ROSE TO VALIDATE OUR JUSTIFICATION

CHRIST ROSE TO VALIDATE OUR JUSTIFICATION

“Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.” Romans 4:25 (KJV)

A believer ought not to walk just empty. You must understand what you have. Jesus was crucified because of our sins. That was what happened on Good Friday. He was delivered to carry our past, present, and future offences on Him. On Resurrection Sunday, He was raised to ensure that we are justified. He was raised to confirm, authenticate, and validate our justification. Jesus had to rise as the hallmark of Christianity. There can be no Justification without resurrection.

And now that we are justified, we have peace with God. “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:” (Romans 5:1 KJV). If you are born again, God is at peace with you and not mad at you.

Not only that but we have also been given access by faith in Christ. We have been ushered into a new realm because of what Christ did. Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection ushered us into this platform of favour.

Resurrection is so strategic and so important. It is the conduit by which we enter the In-Him reality. Resurrection had to happen; otherwise, you cannot walk in victory. It had to happen; otherwise, you will still be under the bondage of the devil. “And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.” (1Corinthians 15:17-18 KJV)

Hallelujah! Christ has been raised from the dead. He is the first of the great harvest of all who have died. If He rose, then there is hope for every one of us.
