CALL YOURSELF WHAT GOD HAS CALLED YOU

CALL YOURSELF WHAT GOD HAS CALLED YOU

“Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.”
Genesis 17:5.  KJV

It takes supernatural response for there to be supernatural manifestations in your life. If people have not ridiculed you because of your faith, then you have not yet started your journey as a believer. In Genesis 17, Abraham was 99years old and still in doubt. He had been 24 years in his journey with God and the child of promise had not yet come.  And he was getting older and more fragile by the day. And God appeared to him and gave him a covenant.  But He didn’t stop there, He said ‘now, I am going to tell you what to do. From now, I will change your name.’

‘Abram, when you get to your city, to your office and to your business place, tell them you have changed your name.’ What is your name? I am Abraham and my wife’s name is Sarah. Abraham means father of many nations. People may tell you that old age has made you mad. You are now saying to yourself that you have children. Look at this man! The Bible has made him mad! But the truth is that the scripture says in Romans 4:17; ‘according as it is written, I have made you a father of many nations, before God whom you believed, even Him who quickeneth the dead and calleth the things that be not as though they were.’

Abraham began to call himself what God called him, not minding the ridicule. Beloved, if you’re not ready to accept people ridiculing you while you’re serving Jesus, then you are not ready for supernatural manifestations. Jesus made Himself of no reputation and God moved on His behalf. You cannot serve God and fail. It is absolutely impossible. God is a good God. He never asked His people to serve Him in vain. Therefore, you will not go without. I welcome you to the era of speed, the era of greatness, the era of achievements and the era of abundance.
