BEWARE OF DISTRACTIONS

BEWARE OF DISTRACTIONS

“looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2 (KJV)

On your pathway of destiny, the enemy will throw many things at you to distract you. But you must be resolute and refuse to be distracted. Set your heart on what God has said because God has not changed. Regardless of what is happening, what God told you is still what God said. Don’t relocate because of a temporary problem.

There are many, many Nigerians who are jumping and relocating and God didn’t tell them to relocate. The time will come when some of them will regret that they relocated. I am not saying this about every person that relocated. I say this concerning many who are not willing to go through anything. Do you think that God is not interested in our nation? of course, He is! So be careful, don’t relocate simply because of a temporary situation. Some of the issues confronting you are designed by the enemy to distract you. Don’t fall for it.

Yes, if you relocate, you will have good electricity, a good road network, good medical care, and, good housing. And probably they can even give you some stipends to live by. But is that all that life is about? I would have relocated to America, but God didn’t call me to America. My passion is in Nigeria! I am called to Nigeria. As bad as our nation is, anytime I stepped down into the Airport in Nigeria, there is always a sigh of relief that I am back home.

Every man that desires to succeed must know how to remain where God told him to stay. No change of direction. At the end of the day, what you really need in this life is fulfillment. You know, you can be amid want and still be fulfilled. You will be lacking some things and yet you are happy. You will be lacking some things and yet you know that the future is colourful.
