ARISE AND SHINE
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold,
the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise
upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and
kings to the brightness of thy rising.” Isaiah 60:1-3 (NKJV)
In the darkest night, that is when light shines the brightest. The glory of the latter house shall
be greater than the former. Our children will do seven times over what we have done. Never
let anyone lie to you, deceive or distract you. God is doing greater things in these last days
than ever before. I see speed, acceleration and accuracy. You are going to overtake.
As a new creation, you are the real deal. Stop copying the world. There is nothing they have
that you can copy. At times, we think that the church is supposed to be doing catch up with
the world. No! The world is meant to be catching up with us. Jesus is in charge of everything,
putting everything under His feet. He has the final word in everything. We have no
attachment to the world. The people of the world are supposed to attach themselves to us
because of who we are. You must have that mentality. You are not the attachment. You are the
light of the world. You are the salt of the earth. Stop copying the world. They have nothing to
offer you. Your true image is Jesus.
Jesus shocked the religious rulers of His time. He never functioned like they did. Instead, He
stood out, unashamed of who He was and what He believed in. I know many people are not
giving this generation of young people a chance. They say all manner of things. They say this
generation is finished, hopeless and cannot carry the mantle of these last days because this
was not the gospel handed to us. But I beg to differ. This is the finest hour for all millennials.
