ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED

ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED

“To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.” Ephesians 1:6 (KJV)
Child of God, I want you to know for sure that you have been accepted in the beloved. Remember, you are the body of Jesus and the head and the body cannot be separated; so, wherever Jesus is so are you.
As soon as Jesus heard the Father say:  “This is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased” anywhere he went, His statement was, “My father said”. And that was very offensive to the religious people. They wondered how Jesus would call God his Father. They saw him as an ordinary human being. They knew Him to be the son of a Carpenter. But Jesus was leaning on what God had said concerning Him.
In view of your sonship, you can pray: “Dear Father, I thank you for the cross of Jesus. I thank you that today because of the blood of Jesus, I have been forgiven all my sin; past, present and future. I have been forgiven not because I said Lord forgive me. I was forgiven based on what Christ did. You are merciful to my unrighteousness and all my lawless deeds you will remember no more. You see me completely righteous, not because of what I have done but because of Jesus. Thank you for the love that passes human understanding” That should be your prayers. Always appreciate what the blood has completely done on your behalf. It is not every time you kneel down that you say:  Lord, I have come again.  Lord I did it again.
People who understand this revelation, even when they say, do, or even think the wrong thing, they see the blood washing them because the blood is still efficacious. They see God’s mercy and grace and as a result, they experience the power of God. We do not confess our sins in order to be forgiven; we confess because we know we are already forgiven. You are not afraid to go to God because you already know you are forgiven. Don’t run from God, rather run to Him.
