“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted”

Isaiah 53:4

Surely, that is without doubt, Jesus carried your sorrows when He paid the supreme price on the cross and if he carried it, you don’t have it. It has been carried and it is no longer on you. The scripture says the punishment for your peace was upon Him and by His stripes you were healed. I command every disease in your body to be healed and every sorrow in your life to be lifted off as you read this devotional now. I declare that from the crown of your head to sole of your feet you are made perfectly whole. Every germ of virus that touches your body dies instantly in the name of Jesus.

Your well being, as a believer, include peace, prosperity, abundance, completeness, sound mind and health, all these is what His death did for us. You have complete peace; therefore I rebuke every sorrow in your life in Jesus name. I declare it over in Jesus name. You are healed. He took care of it, all these benefit are yours because Jesus has already paid the price, why are you still carrying it about? That is why you need understanding and knowledge. Without understanding you will be limited. Understanding is application or right interpretation of knowledge because your interpretation will determine your application of knowledge. If wrongly interpreted, you will not receive the benefit; therefore understanding is crucial and key in our relationship with God.

So understand that we were in bondage to sickness and disease and placed under the devil because of the sin of the first Adam but I am glad that it was not only the first Adam that lived, the last Adam came to give a deadly blow to sin and the devil and to free us from every bondage. So you can declare that God loves you in spite of the mess. He knew your mess and still loves you. He has made provision for your deliverance; you are no longer under the hold of the devil but you have been delivered and translated into the kingdom of His son. Colossians 1:12-13 says “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son”. You are now a world over comer and winner on every side. You can sing and rejoice because the devil has no power over you.
