The Maturity Directorate is headed by Pastor (Mrs) Bola Odiaka. This Directorate oversees the activities of the following Ministries:

Counselling Ministry
The Counselling Ministry is the first point of contact through which the new-converts are received into the church. The main objective of the Ministry is to help establish the new converts as members of God’s family [the church], by way of both counselling and follow-up to maturity, as well as to help them actualize purpose — Galatians 4:19; Proverbs 15:22.

Follow-Up Ministry
Each new-convert is followed-up weekly [Sunday-Saturday] either by their counsellor or by the counsellor residing in the same area as the new-convert. Mass follow-up of new converts who may not be residing in the same area as any counsellor takes place every third Saturday from 7.30 — 10.30 a.m. Daily follow-up through the telephone by the follow-up committee. The General Meeting of the Ministry takes place on the last Saturday of every other month from 4 to 6 p.m. Fasting and Prayer takes place monthly on the second Wednesday, 6 to 7 p.m. with a Workers Prayer meeting taking place every Sunday from 7.30 to 8.00 a.m.

Ministries in Training
The Ministries-In-Training (MIT) is the arm of the church which handles the training and development of young converts. The MIT administers the church’s membership training program for all categories of persons who wish to be a member of TREM. This it does by organizing classes for all new-comers, young converts and also mature believers. The successful completion of this program is a pre-requisite for acceptance into full membership of the church. In fulfilment of this, it organizes Teaching Classes, bi-monthly Tarry night meetings and Evangelism and outreach programs. The MIT is also responsible for organizing water baptism services of the Headquarters’ church.

In addition to the general membership criteria, any intending member must also be filled with the Holy Spirit, be a mature Christian, be a committed member of TREM and involved in a church group for at least 6 months, and have a sound working knowledge of the word of God. They must also be a soul winner, actively involved in the church evangelism outreach and must not be less than 23 years of age.

On the other hand, the requirement to be a member of MIT as a student is that the person should attend the MIT classes at the periods and time stipulated above and must also attend the compulsory Tarry-night meetings, evangelism and G12 fellowship.
